Potential Future Home of Garschagen & Godwin Architecture

This rendering is a private residence in South Georgia which we hope to begin construction in early 2018. The clients wanted a hybrid of Victorian period massing and elements from the arts and craftsman period. They needed the house to include a three story tower and elevator with small basement. The materials and details were extracted from many local historic precedents that the client had strong visual connections with. More pictures to come as progress continues.

The clients came to us with various images & ideas they had found but could never merge the perfect floor plan and exterior look until we got together to bring their visions to life. This house is currently breaking ground. More pictures to come.
